Can I have additional hours?
Each Buzzsprout plan has a set allowance, but you can go over that allowance and pay for additional hours to customize your plan. For example, if you plan to upload 8 hours of content, you choose our 6-hour/month plan and add 2 hours of additional hours!
How much are additional hours?
Additional hours are priced individually and range from $2/hour to $4/hour depending on your monthly plan.
Monthly Audio Plans:
- $4/overage hour on the $18/month plan
- $3/overage hour on the $36/month plan
- $2/overage hour on the $78/month plan
Monthly Audio + Video Plans:
- $4/overage hour on the $30/month plan
- $3/overage hour on the $60/month plan
- $2/overage hour on the $96/month plan
Annual Audio + Video Plans:
- $2/hour for all annual billing plans
- Additional hours are billed monthly, rather than waiting for annual renewal.
When are additional hours charged?
You don't need to purchase additional hours ahead of time. If you go over your allowance, the additional hours will automatically be included in your next invoice. You can monitor your upload hours on your Allowance page in your account.
